Our Guilds

St. John's offers several guilds with a variety of opportunities for service and fellowship.

The Altar Guild

The Altar Guild is composed of men and women whose special ministry is to prepare the church for services of all kinds. The beautiful flowers, the vessels and vases and the clean white linens all are tended to by the Altar Guild. If you would like to be a part of this ministry, please contact the church office, (360) 352-8527.

St. Cecilia's Guild

Named after the patron saint of music, St. Cecilia's Music Guild is open to anyone interested in "developing, supporting, and enhancing the music program at St. John's Church."

St. Anne's Guild

St. Anne's Guild, formed in 1847, meets at noon on the third Thursday of each month in the Parish Hall for a luncheon and program. The guild contributes to St. John's parish both financially and through service projects. Their primary fundraiser is the St. John's Olde English Christmas Faire where they provide an assortment of handmade goods and cookie assortments for purchase.

St. Mary's Guild

St. Mary's Guild gathers on the fourth Thursday of each month for a luncheon and a meeting in a member's home. The guild contributes to St. John's parish in a variety of ways.
